Do you provide baby/child seats or boosters seats?

Children are more than welcome to jump on board and we can provide child booster cushions and baby seats free of charge upon request (by selecting this option on the booking form or informing our office team in your email).

What happens if i need to cancel my booking?

Bookings may be cancelled up to 1 day before the date of travel by contacting our office at info.eurotaxi@gmail.com or +385-(0)99-646-4884 .

How long will i have to wait at the airport?

If you book a private transfer, you will leave the airport as soon as your group has met your driver.

How do i recognise my Eurotaxi driver?

Once you have gone through passport control and have collected your luggage, you will be met in arrivals by your Eurotaxi driver. They will be holding up a sign with your name on.

What if my flight is delayed?

If your flight is delayed, we will wait at the airport without extra payment due.

Which payments method you accept?

We accept cash only – Euro or Kuna
